Link Exchange Requirements:

In some cases Luna Design, Home of Hawaii Scene  will exchange links to
Non-Profit, Educational, Community Service, Non-Commercial Web Sites & other sites that benefit our viewers without the requirement of membership dues or access fees of any kind.
All Link Exchange requests that fit the above descriptions are seriously considered and   reviewed, then linked depending on the content and the intended  function of each site submitted.
All Commercial Web Sites are excluded from this program unless prior agreements  have been made by Luna Design. If you are not sure that your site
fits the above criteria and that  we can link your site with out charges
please submit the site and we will contact you shortly to let you know if your site can be linked without monthly fees.
Luna Design Reserves the right to accept or decline all web sites submitted for link exchange participation.
All web sites that are accepted by Luna Design MUST provide a link back to
Hawaii Scene Home Page or Hawaii Scene Directory and MUST use one of the provided banners shown below.
